- A person who ensures his/her team has support and equipped with tools to achieve their goals.
How can a school contribute to develop leadership qualities?
Mentoring young minds to tackle daily challenges, articulate their thoughts, listen attentively, believe in their abilities, collaboratively work with peers, delegate responsibilities, and smart thinking can effectively help them develop leadership qualities.
Activities like sports, debates, school elocutions, annual days etc., make major contributions.
At #Aura Montessori activities like pick and speak, show and tell, recitation competition, fancy dress competition, annual day, sports day, theater enhance leadership qualities.
Parent contribution:
- Model the behaviour you want to see in your child
- Build listening and communicating skills (encourage public speaking)

- Build good work habits (being on time, taking responsibility, trust etc.)
